Client: AZ Elite Medical Care

AZ Elite Medical was launching its membership and needed a way to transition away from manually managing payments and their client's access to their membership benefits.

We worked with them in 2 x Shopify Power Days to design & build their site and:

1. We transitioned AZE from manually managing payments to an automated system by setting up memberships on a monthly subscription basis reducing administrative workload.
2. We developed a customized customer portal using the Customer Accounts Hub app, allowing members to easily access their membership benefits, and manage their subscriptions.
3. We added custom profile questions within the portal for members to record their weight loss progress, ensuring a personalized experience and automating the onboarding process for new members, making it seamless and efficient.
